The Inspectorate of Government has arrested Dr. Tibenda B.K. Sete, DHO for Rubirizi DLG and Ms. Jennifer Kyarimpa, Assistant Health Educator for Rubirizi DLG on corruption related charges. Mr. James Luyimbazi, former CAO of Rubirizi DLG and current CAO of Butebo DLG is on the run.
