The Inspectorate of Government (IG) has formally charged former CEO of Uganda Airlines, Mr. Cornwell Muleya before Buganda Road Court Grade One Magistrate, HW Asuman Muhumuza.

Mr. Muleya denies disobeying IG orders. He applied for bail through his Lawyer, Mr. Charles Nsubuga after Inspectorate Officer, Mr. Rogers Kinobe informed court that investigations in this case are incomplete.

He has been granted a cash bail of UGX 1.5m, his 4 sureties bonded UGX 50m non-cash and ordered to deposit his Zambian passport with court. He will report back to court on 25th July, 2022 at 10:00am.
