A Constitutional Petition challenging the Inspectorate of Government's actions of reviewing the Attorney General's opinion and stopping the Government from paying the petitioner the sum of over one billion shillings.

The Inspectorate of Government has filed the answer to the petition and awaiting for the conferencing process and hearing.
