The thirty eight (38) plaintiffs sued the Inspectorate of Government seeking to recover Ushs.3.6billions with 25% interest and costs arising out of the alleged unlawful termination of their employment contracts and defamation. The Inspectorate of Government has duly filed its written statement of defence and we are waiting to be served with a hearing notice.
