Ramadhan Ngobi, Head teacher, Nakazigo Primary School, Mayuge District. Pleaded guilty and was convicted on charges of Embezzlement of UGX 176,000,000 and Abuse of Office in respect of the same money which was paid for construction of classroom blocks and 2 stance pit latrine He was sentenced to one year in prison and ordered to refund UGX 176,000,000. He was further barred from holding a public office for 10 years from the date of conviction.
