Peter Wathum and Negohe Wilson were charged with Causing financial loss and Abuse of Office Judgment delivered on 14/01/2022 Convicted and sentenced as follows: Peter Wathum was sentenced to pay a fine of UGX 4,000,000 or 2 years’ imprisonment in default; and to pay a compensation of UGX 16,457,000 in 6 months the Government of Uganda. Negohe Wilson was sentenced to pay a fine of UGX 4,000,000 or 2 years’ imprisonment in default; and to pay a compensation of UGX 10,000,000 in 6 months to the Government.
