Head Information & Internal Inspection Division
Mr. Stephen Kasirye is the head of the Information and Internal Inspection Division which ensures efficiency, transparency and accountability among staff of the Inspectorate of Government by detecting and curtailing possible corruption.
In addition, his Division gathers information on corruption in the country. The Division also vets newly recruited staff and ensures that they have genuine academic qualifications with a clean record.

The purpose of the Division is to ensure that there is a well-coordinated, effectively managed communication function that is responsive to diverse information needs of the Inspectorate of Government staff and the General Public. In addition, the Division facilitates the IGG to fulfill her obligation as the Chief Spokesperson of the Inspectorate as required by law.
