The Inspectorate of Government will host the 9th Commonwealth Conference of Heads of Anti-Corruption Agencies in Africa from 5th – 11th May 2019.

The conference will attract over 40 participants from the Anti-Corruption Agencies from Commonwealth Countries in Africa.

The theme for the conference is “Time to Act: Prevent Corruption for sustainable Development”. The President of the Republic of Uganda H.E. Yoweri Kaguta Museveni is expected to be the Chief Guest.

The IGG, Justice Irene Mulyagonja Kakooza is the current Vice President of the Association of Anti-Corruption Agencies in Commonwealth Africa, while Ibrahim Lamorde, Chairman of Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) Nigeria is the Chairperson.
