The completed form should be submitted to the INSPECTOR GENERAL OF GOVERNMENT within three months after the commencement of he Act and thereafter every two years during the month of March in compliance with the provisions of section 4 of the Leadership Code Act, 2002. Newly appointed leaders should complete and return the form to the INSPECTOR GENERAL OF GOVERNMENT within three months after becoming leaders.
